II. The summary

1. The project - "World of Harmony"
2. The name of the organization Scientific-Enlightenment Institute "Socionic Technologies".
3. The urgency of the project is connected with potential of pupils and teachers. The majority of pupils are confused in a choice of an own way and are uncertain because of ignorance of own abilities, opportunities. Teachers demand new qualitative techniques and ways of training to transfer a with the greater efficiency teaching material on the basis of knowledge of congenital potential of pupils. The project is directed on creation firstly, preconditions for correct use of the congenital potential by pupils, secondly - conditions for effective training and maintenance of mutual understanding between pupils and teachers, thirdly, realization of an individual approach. Realization of the project will give an opportunity to pupils to understand essence of own nature as well as others, to open ways to self-knowledge and improvements of the person, to have an own position, to achieve a high level of independence, to improve a mental condition, to find out and remove the reasons of conflicts between parents and children. The knowledge own socionic personality type and skills to use the qualities will remove in the future a society on a new level of development.
4. Performance of concrete work
Definition of socionic personality types of pupils. Revealing of congenital opportunitiesat of pupils. Orientation and a direction of pupils on the certain subjects and on the certain area of trades, according to congenital opportunities. Formation of mentally compatible class groups. The help in sensation of comfort in dialogue with mentally compatible people. Granting of knowledge to teachers about prominent features of each pupil and natural relations between the teacher and each pupil. Expansion of the Ukrainian Socionic Database where not only the data on the person (name, nationality, education, trade, material condition, family condition, height, weight, group of blood etc.) are kept, but also the data of born mental qualities which open potential of each person, his reactions and behaviour, even in extreme conditions. Granting of characteristics in the oral and written form. Distribution of the Certificate about socionic personality type which proves correct definition of mentally informational genetic code of the certain person.
5. Expected results for pupils:
- Having felt strengths of the personality pupils can select their life way correctly, will have an opportunity to make whenever possible less mistakes in life (will know their strong and weak sides of the character);
- Pupils become more self-assured, independent; can achieve the best results, having selected correctly a trade and the partner in life; will keep the health due to creation of psychologically comfortable climate in family and in working group (having knowledge of interpersonal relationships).
For teachers:
- Teachers will understand character of pupils that will facilitate an individual approach and differential loading;
- They can correct requirements to pupils in their orientation to subjects;
- Granting to the teacher of knowledge of interpersonal relationships between the teacher and pupils and among pupils will assist mental improvement of class groups, manufacturing of psychological style of behaviour of teachers, parents, pupils;
- Debugging communications with parents and acquaintance of parents with character features of their children will result in avoidance of family conflicts through disclosing of their reasons.
6. Reception of means for realization of the project from other organizations is not supposed. The Company did not receive any means from any sources.
7. Realization of the project will be carried out with participation of experts of Ukrainian Centre of Socionics SEI "Socionic Technologies".

 III. The description of the project

1. Problems on which decision the project is directed:
1. Impossibility of pupils in the certain cases to satisfy requirements of teachers.
2. Difficulty of self-expression of pupils, their individual development and the creative approach to educational process.
3. Inadequate perception of the information and information culture during dialogue.
4. Formation of an adverse climate in class groups.
5. Impossibility of realization of potential of pupils because of subject specialization which does not answer born abilities.
6. Discrepancy of the natural data of the person to the elected trade.
7. Public problems of discontent, irritation, mental dissonances on ignorance of an own nature and laws of information interactions between people.
8.Obstacles to becoming of the personality and its self-realization in a society.
It possible to solve these problems only through definition of socionic personality types.

 The knowledge of socionic personality types of pupils, teachers and parents will give an opportunity:

1. To open congenital potential, individuality and to direct to a concrete kind of activity in any trade.
2. To open laws of relations for conscious search of interactions with others which will give comfort in relations in family, in working groups and to approach seriously to a choice of the partner in life.
3. To create and involve Ukrainian Socionic the Data for assistance of qualitative development of a society.

2. Benefit of work:

For pupils:

3) Teachers will know interpersonal relations between the teacher and pupils and among pupils;
4) Teachers will assist improvement of class group;
5) Teachers will adjust communications with parents;
6) Teachers will acquaint parents to features of character of their children.
 
For parents:
1) Parents will know characteristic qualities of children;
2) Parents will understand the reasons of those or other displays;
3) Parents will direct correctly children at education;
4) Parents will improve a family microclimate through correction of relations.

3. Whether there are other ways to solve this problem.

Sources of the mass media lift this problem, but only by discussion, polemic etc. as in searches of the reasons and ways of the decision have no scientific knowledge. Neither in psychology, nor in psychotherapy and the psychiatry there are no exact knowledge of human nature, structure and laws of functioning of mentality. That is why a work of practical psychologists is very complex now.

Demand in the information of a psychological direction at the population is great, but, not satisfying it, people frequently are mistaken, getting in religious sects, esoteric or psychological clubs.

4. A substantiation why realization of this project will assist the decision of the specified problem.

Realization of the project is based on definition of socionic personality type. It enables to know knacks of each separate pupil correctly. The teacher, knowing abilities of the pupil, will direct him and will correct the certain requirements according to natural inclinations of the pupil. Knowing of socionic personality types of pupils and teachers, it is possible to know the reasons of occurrence of those or other interactions between them and to influence them in the necessary direction, avoiding conflicts.
Knowing own strong qualities, the person becomes self-assured, has an opportunity to develop them and meaningly to make a choice in life, to reduce quantity of mistakes, to achieve success, having realized as much as possible the natural abilities, to live interesting and happily.
The Company gives the complete set of the documentation:

2. The characteristic of professional ability. It correctly helps senior pupils to select a kind of activity in this or that sphere according to natural abilities.

The certificate about socionic personality type in which the type of supplementing person is underlined also that will facilitate a conscious choice of the partner in life, and are specified socionic personality types of group of people for conscious creation of psychologically comfortable environment in life and work.

Realization of the project will assist mental improvement of youth that will result in improvement of a society. Economic rise is held due to that people, who being engaged in own business, will achieve the best results.

5. Research-practical work which has been done by experts-socionics
among pupils of 1-st forms and the pedagogical personnel of the Kiev school 304.
 
On a theme of the project there was held practical experiment in Kiev school 304 in August, 2001, the report about which is submitted below:
Theme: a subject orientation and early vocational guidance.
The purpose: disclosing of inborn qualities of character, abilities and opportunities of pupils, and also natural relations between the teacher and the pupil, parents and children by means of definition of socionic personality types of teachers, pupils and their parents. The accent of attention of parents and teachers to individuality of pupils, their congenital mental qualities. Formation of mental-comfortable classes for increase of progress. Revealing of natural relations in family for understanding of behaviour of pupils and realization of an individual approach. Granting of a subject orientation to pupils and their orientation on area of trades according to natural qualities.
 
Uniqueness of work: teaching and educational process at school 304 has a direction on early vocational guidance of pupils according to the project of the National Doctrine of development of education of Ukraine XXI-th century which provides subject differentiation of training.
Definition of socionic personality types of pupils, parents and teachers creates preconditions for:
1) Use by pupils of their inborn potential both during training and at a choice of a trade,
2) Effective training and maintenance of mutual understanding between pupils and teachers, between parents and children.

The urgency of work is connected with needs of pupils, their parents, and teachers. The mental-comfortable group formed according to laws of mental compatibility and social direction, is able-bodied, any interactions in it, both at training, and during rest is effective. Such class creates the uniform ideologically directed group with sensation of a family cosiness where exists mutual help and mutual aid. In such class all conditions for full realization of skills of the teacher are naturally created, the climate of mutual respect established, pupils behave freely and do not get tired, attend school with readiness. They have desire to be together as much as possible time, is really amicable, healthy group. In such optimum formed group progress and discipline considerably raises.

For achievement of this purpose socionic personality types of pupils and teachers are determined, classes by a scientific principle of the organization of groups are formed and the teacher who is mentally-compatible for all pupils of a class is appointed. It raises efficiency of educational process due to correct perception and understanding of a material which is taught by mentally compatible teacher, and it is much easier, more free and more pleasant for the teacher to work in the "close" group - he can realize his skills in full force give pupils more knowledge and will have real feedback - fast and qualitative mastering of knowledge.

Thus it is possible to increase volume of a teaching material with simultaneous increase of a level of its assimilation. Loading on mentality of pupils and teachers is reduced due to use of the strong mental sides and optimum training of weak ones. Application of socionic technologies enables to intensify process of training at more full development of the personality of pupils.
For harmonization of relations between pupils and for the psychological help to pupils who will need it, the family climate is diagnosed at definition of socionic personality types of members of family and the analysis of influence of natural relations on the child.
Teachers demand knowledge why pupils have differently behave in different situations, how the family microclimate influences them, how to carry out in practice an individual approach to each pupil. Time has come to refuse a stereotype of social norms, that all children should be active, diligent, obedient, attentive that accepted only ideas of adults, not having the own ones. It is time to support in pupils independence, self-respect and positive displays of the personality.

Object: teachers of the first forms, pupils, their parents and members of families.

Subject: practical use of laws of socionics and socionic technologies in disclosing inborn potential of pupils and teachers, relations between pupils and the teacher, influences of a family climate on behaviour and progress of pupils.
The subject orientation and early vocational guidance will allow pupils to select circles to be engaged in the business, to prepare themselves for a choice of the future trade.
Pupils will freely, without quarrels and insults to communicate among themselves and to understand each other, and in the future it will help them to avoid conflicted situations, and to transfer sensation of pleasant mutual relation to personal adult life.
The knowledge of opportunities of the child will help parents and teachers to select subjects which will be perceived easily. Knowing features of character, it is possible to influence the child effectively and to direct him correctly. It becomes possible due to definition of socionic personality type that allows to open and show individuality and to develop the personality.

The knowledge of socionic personality types of pupils, their inborn characteristic qualities will help teachers and parents within all years of studying at school to not have for themseves superfluous problems, efforts, alarms, not only at studying, at a choice of a trade or the introduction into a higher educational institutions, and at an establishment of mutual relations, debugging of mutual understanding, in finding of an individual approach to each of pupils.

At realization of this work it is opened also a socionic personality type of supplementing person that will enable to not make mistakes in a choice of friends, partners, the partner in life.
The knowledge of socionic personality types of pupils, teachers and parents enables:
1. To open individuality and to direct to a concrete kind of activity in any trade.
2. To open laws of relations for harmonious interactions with others.
3. To select the partner in life.
4. To receive in the long term workplaces, to find duals, using the Ukrainian Socionic Database.

Theoretical - practical lessons include: two lectures for the parents, two - for teachers.

At the first lecture experts explaine for parents the essence and the basic concepts of socionics, the practical profit of usage of this science in life of each person. On examples it is shown, how operate practically socionic technologies through disclosing of prominent features of interested persons from an audience and the description of action of relationships between concrete persons.

The second lecture is final. There a conversation with an audience takes place: having received the documents and having acquainted with the characteristics, parents ask, express the opinion concerning concurrence of the given information to personal vision of children, are convinced of the validity of characteristics. Parents receive the additional information on socionics and answers to questions which interest them. Besides recommendations for education are given, because knowing characteristic of natural features of children, parents can develop their abilities and direct children according to their needs and opportunities. The correct attitude to the children and adequacy of requirements to their natural inclinations improve a mental condition of the child and the common family microclimate.

During theoretical-practical studies with pedagogical staff the similar knowledge are given: definition of socionic personality types of teachers, congenital potential of any teacher is opened orally, describing the basic character traits and features of their display are described, the possibilities of the person in certain kinds of activity. The practical profit of such work for the teachers is in knowledge of their own possibilities, knowledge of objective relations, which arise between them and each of the pupil, and all these allow to make an individual approach both during lessons as well as in other time.

Teachers receive short characteristics of strong qualities of pupils to differentiate a teaching material, taking into account propensities of pupils to this or that subject. And also the description of all natural relations to know displays of relations with every pupil and to take it into account.
The links with the teachers, pupils and parents are maintained permanently, the consultings are carried out.
During the definition of socionic personality types of pupils is held the short conversation on a free theme with any of future pupil, in the meantime other children draw on a theme "My family".
 
The administrations and pedagogical staff are given such documents:
1) Certificate about definition of a socionic personality type;
2) Total characteristic of a socionic personality type;
3) The list of the pupils of the certain form (in the list the socionic personality type of the pupils, interpersonal relations between the pupils and the teacher, self-rating, temperament, directivity to an educational subjects and trade are indicated).
4) Short characteristics of pupils according to their socionic personality types;
5) The description of displays of natural relationships.
Parents are given such documents on their children:
1) The Certificate about socionic personality type in which it is specified the personality type of supplementing person;
2) A general characteristic of congenital qualities of character;
3) The list of school subjects on which it is necessary to accent attention;
4) The short characteristic of professional ability;
Other materials under the order:
1) The brief characteristic;
2) The full characteristic of strong natural features and professional ability;
3) The expanded characteristic;
4) Correction of relationships in family.
During this work and after finishing it the further consultations are given.

Conclusions

58 pupils and 5 teachers have passed the diagnostic. Unfortunately, it is not the whole contingent of first-graders of school 304. The reason is that the administration of school has given the offer to explain independently to parents the purpose of work which essence consist in formation mentally-compatible classes with assignment the teacher who is be born conducting the given group according to his socionic personality type. But parents were told, that work is directed only on revealing of natural inclinations of their children for subject and vocational counselling. Parents were not put in a duty to determine socionic personality types, they have agreed to diagnose children voluntary. And as they did not know the basic purpose of realization of diagnostics, and what advantage their children will have at studying, that, clearly, not all parents have taken part in this work. And the administration has transferred performance of work since May on the end of August, having submitted lists of already formed classes.

At final lecture during parental meeting, having received deeper and detailed information from experts of Centre of Socionics, parents have brought attention to the reasonable question: "Why have classes not formed under laws of mental compatibility?" And the answer they have found themselves: "Classes were formed, selecting more prepared children for exclusive teachers".

But, if some teachers were not guided by out-of-date methods of psychology, and knew, that in classes where pupils on a level of intellectual development were selected, their qualitative preparation is kept only temporarily as development of children quickly varies, and those pupils who considered "weak", in due course show good results in studying, and "strong" thus can have lower progress, probably, would not began to facilitate to themselves work initially and to complicate the future problems which naturally arise in incompatible groups. In addition, knowledge and skills up to school is not criterion of a natural mental potential of pupils: some children were prepared for school, another were not.

Practice just confirms, that the class which formed, for example, from "weak" pupils approximately for half-year becomes on the structure is the same, as that, which is formed from "strong" and "weak" pupils. Usual, normal dynamic development. From this the conclusion arises, that classes constantly should be reformed. But try to convince parents as it was at interview, that their child has written down in "fools". So, there is other exit, practical and scientifically proved.

Work of Centre of Socionics on formation of comfortable groups confirms, that mentally-compatible pupils quickly develop, help each other. This is promoted by easy fast mutual understanding and a power saturation.

The analysis of results of investigation shows, that both among pupils and among teachers there are most of all representatives of the IV-th kvadra. It is possible to explain.

Under the law of cyclic development of a society our time is transitive from the third kvadra to the fourth one. At the present stage the third kvadra occupies more positions, but time of it activity comes nearer up to the end, and the urgency of forth kvadra grows. Quite naturally, that among rising generation most of all representatives of the fourth and the first kvadras, as conductors of new ideas in a society.

It is early to make generalization proceeding of amount of 58 pupils, it is possible to see an approximate picture of a condition of rate of certain socionic personality types in a class, school, in a society. For reception of more objective conclusions it is necessary to do obligatory diagnostics of all pupils of school, but better the several schools. But we need investions, you see not all parents understand necessity for children of such work to pay for it.

On the basis of diagnostics of parents it is possible to draw a conclusion on a condition of families in our society. There are more dual and identical families: dual - 24,6 % identical - 16 %. If to compare these data to the statistical data of families more senior generation where identical families prevail, it is possible to draw a pleasant conclusion, that the society is natural sanitate and comes to life: the amount of dual families is increased, it is obvious because people became more unchained, free in own displays, feel their needs, do not search for easy ways in life, and a choice, probably, has extended, there were more opportunities for meetings and acquaintances.

The principal of school 304, understanding utility of work, offered to reform the first classes to generate even one experimental class, but teachers have protested. Some of parents were not consent to reform classes, motivating that children for one month have got used to the teacher and to classmates, and changes can cause them stress.

But the principal has firmly decided to declare the next year earlier reception of children to school to determine socionic personality types of all children who will study and to start to form the first classes under laws of mental compatibility. And classes where are already determined socionic personality types of pupils and are known interpersonal relationships, will be control groups to have a cut for comparison of a psychological climate and a level of progress in mentally compatible groups and in the classes formed chaotically. Separately it will be possible to compare a level of success in a class where pupils were selected as more prepared, "strong" children, and among pupils of classes where the level of knowledge was not the basic criterion, but which were formed on a basis of mental compatibility. So, time will show a practicality of laws of socionics and utility of their observance.

Such work still anywhere and by nobody was carried out, and what school will start to introduce technologies of Centre of Socionics earlier will be favourable differ among others. It is a pity that such work at school 304 is done only in half. Instead of mentally compatible classes the teachers have received recommendations as it is better to seat at the desks of pupils to be friends among themselves to make communicating easy and pleasant for them, to make them understand each other and help in study.

The work on a basis of socionic technologies has shown, that teachers have felt quality of the information, given in characteristics as it coincided with their personal character. The attitude to themselves and to pupils has changed, there was a new attitude to work, the approach to educational process in the positive side has changed.

Characteristics enable parents to direct correctly children in a choice of subjects, trades, friends, the person for creation of the future harmonious family.

 Offers to authorities

Therefore, this work demonstrates necessity of definition a socionic personality type for each person, and for harmony in society: in family, in school, in working groups and in other organizations.

In order to achieve this aim, it is necessary on a state level to organize obligatory definition of socionic personality types of the children up to an entrance to school with giving the document - Testimony about a socionic personality type. It will be useful to complete class groups according to kvadra law. The best teacher for such class will be the person, who will be a leader to a given kvadra by his socionic personality type. It will give a possibility to improve the quality of educational process due to the individual approach to the pupils. The feel of comfortable relations in such class groups will facilitate the natural selforganizing of working groups hereafter.

Leaving school teenages will have together with the school-leaving certificate the Testimony about a socionic personality type. In a document list at an entrance to educational institutions, receiving job, to reception to the doctor should be allowed a socionic type of a person. You can ask, what link is between by a socionic type and medicine. The fact is that each person of definite socionic personality type has programme nature potential illnesses, weak places, which can progress under unfavorable conditions and without dualization. Therefore doctor should allow it.

In the future it is necessary to specify the socionic personality type in the passport. Then, having knowledge of conformity of socionic personality type to the certain kinds of activity, there will be a qualitative selection of entrants in educational institutions or universities, qualitative work of personnel services at employment and the organizations of working groups. People also can solve personal problems concerning search of friends, adherents, partners to make a correct choice of the partner for family life.

 IV. PROJECT

1. The purpose of the project

To give rising generation knowledge about their congenital opportunities and abilities by means of definition of socionic personality type mental-informational genetic code - congenital potential for orientation in personal and public life, their direction in a choice of subjects, trades according to natural qualities. Arrangement of equipment is now in the flat.

Experts of the Company "Socionic Technologies" correctly, with 100% accuracy determine socionic personality type of the person, using 4 techniques on the basis of audio-visual and biographical particulars research. At a feedback concurrence of the information given in characteristics with sensation of an own private world proves to be true. Recommendations in a choice of a kind of activity in different areas of trades are given. Graduates of school 304 have selected the future speciality, being guided on recommendations from the ompany which they have received in a package of documents. Creative work on the text of a serial of books "Socionics about essence of the person", and also the textbook on socionics is carried. Printing of the textbook and distribution it copies among educational establishments of Ukraine will give knowledge on theoretical and practical socionic to pupils, students and other people, an opportunity to learn better themselves and others to create conflictfree groups, to increase culture of dialogue, to improve the organization and quality of own life. Translation of books and the textbook to English and other languages will enable to distribute unique actual knowledge in the world.

The head of project is the pupil and the follower of the foundress of socionics Aushra Augustinavichute, is engaged in practical socionics within 23 years, the expert of the affair, his speciality is the psychologistpractitian.

The employers of the Company can render services to first-graders, senior pupils and the pedagogical personnel of schools in volume of 2 schools for one month, 18 schools for year. Theoretical-practical lessons with psychologists of schools will give them the knowledge on socionics, such necessary in their practical activities, and it will raise quality of their work, will remove problems existing nowadays in mutual understanding during teaching and educational process, will give knowledge, as the practical tool for formation of psychologically comfortable class groups. Knowing socionic personality type of the pupil, the psychologist can give him the qualitative help and a correct direction.

At the above mentioned schools such work was done. For example, at school 304 for 1 month the package of documents was given to 350 pupils at 8-11 classes and characteristics are given to 22 teachers and the information concerning interpersonal relations with pupils. And also work by definition socionic personality types of pupils of the first forms, revealing subject directivity and professional ability is carried out.

4. When and with what purpose the organization was created
Scientific-Enlightenment Company "Socionic Technologies" is created in May, 24, 1994, registration 205. The purpose of creation is to organize research activity with introduction of the newest technologies which open essence of mentality of the person.

 The short description of a history of becoming and development of the organization

The basis for becoming and development of SEC "Socionic Technologies" was a problem among the population in search of partners for wedding. Various services of acquaintances have not justified their purpose, therefore eventually were disbanded and even avoid prosecuteion from the part of the indignant unsuccessfully married pairs. A task of the Company was selection of dual pairs for sensation of action of supplementing relations, improvements of an internal mental condition of the person and for expansion of a circle of familiars - psychologically compatible people.

Difficulty in a choice of a trade, turnover of staff, growth of unemployment have resulted in idea to engage in the decision of a problem of vocational guidance. Experts of the Company gave the customer the expanded characteristics of strong character traits and professional ability with recommendations concerning a choice of kinds of activity. This work is begun among senior pupils which is done constantly during 4 years. Services in definition of socionic personality types of other customers and psychological consultations in parallel are rendered.

Worked on a speciality of the repairman of metal-cutting equipment at such enterprises: in 1971 - plant Artem, 1973 - "Ukrselhostehnika" Kiev skilled - experimental plant, 1974 - plant "Electroprybor", 1975 - Kiev plant of analytical devices. In 1978 it is enlisted on a post of an item the mechanics of faculty of technic disciplines of the Kiev state pedagogical institute after O.M.Gorky. In 1980 is transferred to a post of the educational master of the same faculty. Since 1985 is transferred to faculty of training of work and plotting of the same institute.
In 1983 has taken a great interest in a science socionics, having felt its opportunities and a practicality, studied in a technique of practical definition of socionic personality types at the foundress of socionics Aushra Augustinavichute. In 1989 is appointed the inspector of schools of the Leningrad regional branch of education of Kiev. In 1990 is dismissed from a post of the inspector of schools in connection into a post of the teacher of work in school 254 from which in 1992 is dismissed and transferred to a post psychologist-practician at school 235. Got practical skills in definition of socionic personality types, carried out supervision and research work. Since 1993 worked on a post of the executive director of the ScientificInculcating Centre "Conus". Since 1994 is the general director of Research-Inculcating Company "Socionic Technologies".

I own skills of definition of socionics personality type from 100 % a guarantee of accuracy. I have organizing abilities in work with people. Independent in the decision of problems. I carry out the big amount of works operatively.

I am the director of SEC "Socionic technologies", the ardent enthusiast of the affair. Among the pedagogical personnel of schools I propagandize and explane the necessity of knowledge of socionics and use its laws in daily life. I conclude contracts on cooperation with a principals of schools. I read lecture interestingly, define socionic personality types, give characteristics, recommendations, consult peoples. In 1981 has finished the Kiev institute of technology of light industry. A speciality - the engineer the designer the technologist of garments.
In 1999 has finished the Kiev Linguistic University. A speciality-the philologist, the teacher of the English language and the foreign literature.
2.4. The seniority - 26 years.
The pedagogical experience - 17 years. From1982 till 1987 worked in the Pechora House of pioneers the coach of callithenics. Till 1995 worked as the teacher of labour training and physical training in Sushchanka school of a I-II step of Zhitomir area. At the same time worked in combination in Kornin house of children's creativity as the head of circles: callithenics, knitting, a macrame, drawing. From 1995 till 1999 worked at Kiev school 129 cities as the teacher of the English language. Since 1999 I cooperate with RIC "Socionic Technologies" - the scientific employee, the editor, the translator.
