The
Ukrainian Socionics Centre
is an association regrouping various of the organizations and establishments
related to the study of SOCIONICS and associated activities.
The
Scientific Enlightenment Institute of
"Socionic Technologies – (SEI-ST) was founded on
24th May 1994
and registered by Certificate # 224/89-MÏ in the Kiev-Sviatoshynsky administrative region.
SEI-ST
has therefore been established for the last 10 years. During that time the
Institute has been working at the research and commercialization of SOCIONICS in
the area of “informational-social” services as may be applied
throughout all aspects of normal life.
During
this time SEI-ST – through the results of its scientific research - has
pioneered many new concepts related to SOCIONICS that are appropriate to
everyone interested in understanding and resolving the kinds of social problems
and issues arising from…

to…
-
the collection and comparison of pertinent data through statistical
analysis
-
the development of associated theory and its formalised communication
-
edition and publication of the resultant textbook Theoretical
and Practical Socionics
-
the edition and publication of a Socioincs textbook trilogy entitled
About Socionics and People
Within
the purview of the Institute’s
work-theme, our qualified and experienced staff help –
through the use and scientifically applied practice of our socionic techniques
– to…

Kyiv
-
Based on these analyses, help such pupils to orient themselves towards a
more appropriately-optioned future according to their mental and characterial
proclivities

Advance the personal understanding of each individual to better know
their own strengths and weaknesses

harmonious households and life-paths

from general known ones, as they are in the form of an audio-visual information.
We can define the type of person either by the interviewing clients or by means
of indirect contact through the pictures, which we assure to return.
We define the socionic type of a person, and the correct

Additional information:
Socionics is a new practical science, which has developed on
the basis of K.Jung’s typology. It reveals the regularities of informational
exchange among people, the ways of social development of a person, the process
of formation and development of an individual, the natural psychological and
physical qualities, and shows the creating capabilities of a person in general.
Socionics helps to realize the nature of a person and gives
the knowledge of person's qualities. It also discovers the laws of psychological
and mental compatibility, reveals and strengthens the relationships between
people. Using socionic laws will improve the psychological and physical health
of every person, help in choosing profession and life partner on the basis of
the knowledge of the person’s psychological features and the ability to use
their innate potential.
Socionics teaches us to live without conflicts, in accordance
with our inner and outer world, making life and work more successful. Using its
laws is a useful and long-term affair. It will help the people to reach the
highest level of development due to normalization the social-psychological
climate, starting from the family and extending to the groups of different
branches of economic life. It will contribute to the democratization of a
society, through the revealing of the potential of the self-identity of each
individual
To realize this knowledge, it is necessary to organize
definition of the socionic type when children enter school. They will be issued
with a special document which states their socionic type and the type of
complementary people. When a person enters educational institution, a new
company or goes to a doctor, he/she will take this document with them. The
reason for that is that every person because of their socionic type potentially
has certain innate strengths and weaknesses. These strengths should be used in
work and studying, and weaknesses can affect their health.
Therefore, it is the necessary to define each person’s
socionic type.
Every person has the need to live a happy life and work
productively. This also influences the development of the whole society, as if a
person can solve their own problems, they also solve more global problems. It
will also be possible to solve such problems as depression, aggressiveness,
greed, feeling of inner emptiness, which can lead to crime or suicide.
All negative emotions which we exude come back to us twice
the strength. However, it is not the person’s fault that they have these
negative emotions, as the reason for this is misunderstanding because of
uncomfortable relationships. Only complementary relationships can stimulate
positive emotions, harmony, inner peace and self-confidence. Life without
conflicts will lead to inner harmony, and this will improve mental health as
well as the environment.
To do this, it is necessary to change the society from
democratic to scientifically organized one. As a politician once mentioned,
“Democracy is not the best way of social organization, but we don’t know a
better one”. The alternative is the socionics, which discovered the idea of
“socion”, scientifically organized society according to natural laws of
interpersonal relationships. It is time to move from ignoring natural laws to
complying with them to live in harmony with oneself and the world.
If this idea is not realized, it will be soon forgotten and
thus the quality information exchange will be slowed down and personal
development will lack the appropriate quality. It is already known that there
are a lot of new technologies which are not widely realized, and it is the
society who suffers most.
Our clients and parents of pupils evaluate the profit of
socionics and our work
Some people abroad has acquianted with our work. For example,
Richard J. Delong, a student from USA, has written his own impressions about
socionics and “Socionic Technologies”:
- Here is a copy of his leter:
- “I am a senior at Brigham Young University, Utah, majoring
in Russian with minors in mathematics, statistics, and psychology. I became
acquainted with socionics while interning this summer in Kiev, Ukraine, at a
local advertising agency. I became deeply intrigued with socionics and now I
myself am applying for a government research grant to return to Ukraine
specifically to study socionics and its relation to mainstream psychology.
This summer I met a specialist in socionics who worked in
“Socionic Technologies” on numerous project. I studied intensively with him
for two months until my departure. Hence, I am well acquainted with work and
goals.
First of all, since socionics is virtually unknown in the
U.S., its scientific legitimacy might be called into questioned. It has roots in
Jung’s work on psychological types. Its informational and neurobiological
approach to personality brings it into contact with cognitive science and other
burgeoning fields in modern psychology. Along with the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator—also based on Jung—socionics deals with sixteen fundamental
personality types. Socionics, however, is considerably more “scientific,”
sophisticated, and far-reaching. For example, a specialist in socionics not only
has the tools to determine a psychology type with greater accuracy than the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, but he or she can give a deep, structure-based
personality description and can even describe the inner dynamics of the
person’s relationship with representatives of other types. All of this I have
experienced for myself and I am continually astounded at the accuracy and
usefulness of socionics-based analyses and predictions.
Today there are scholars, practitioners, and hobbyists of
socionics scattered across the former Soviet Union. The young science has
gathered serious followers who swear by its practical applications, but
socionics seems to still be waiting for its big breakthrough into mainstream
academics and social life. America, with its impressive academic resources, is a
natural draw to those who wish to promote socionics.”
