Practical research work held by the socionic experts among the schoolchildren of the
8-11 forms and pedagogical staff of the Kiev school ¹ 304.
Theme: the knowledge about yourself and your
possibilities
Aim: disclosure of inherent qualities of nature,
capacities and possibilities through the definition of a socionic personality
type.
The uniqueness of scientific operation is a comprehension by
the person of his essence. The theoretical knowledge and experiments are
confirmed in practice. The people who find out their socionic personality type
become self-assured, understand themselves better, have aspiring to learn others,
find the dual partners, favourite job, reach success in life.
Urgency of the work is caused by needs both schoolchildren
and teachers. The majority of the pupils are confused in a choice of an own way.
They also have uncertainty in themselves because of ignorance of own capacities,
possibilities. The teachers need the knowledge why the pupils have different
behavior in different situations and how to realize in practice the individual
approach to each pupil. The time has come to refuse from a stereotype of social
norms, that all children should be active, diligent, compliant, attentive, and
should accept only judgement of adults, not having their own and to maintain in
pupils independence, feeling of own virtue and positive manifestation of
personality.
Object: the pupils of 8-11 forms, pedagogical staff of school
¹304.
Subject: practical usage of the laws of socionics and
socionic technologies in disclosure of an inherent potential of the pupils and
the teachers.
The work is directed firstly on creation of prerequisites for
usage of the inherent potential of pupils both during studying and at a choice
of a profession, secondly on creation conditions for effective studying and
supply of mutual understanding between the pupils and teachers, in pedagogical
groups.
- Problems which can solve this work
:
1 Impossibility of the pupils in definite cases to satisfy
demands of the teachers.
2. Difficulty of self-expression of the pupils, their
individual development and creative approach to educational process.
3. Inadequate perception of the information and
misunderstandings during the conversation.
4. Removal of a uncomfortable climate in class groups.
5. Impossibility in realisation of a natural potential
because of blindly choice of profession.
6. Mismatch of natural traits of the person to a selected
profession.
7. Public problems of dissatisfaction, irritation,
psychosomatic dissonances because of ignorance of the own nature and laws of
interplay between the people.
8. Formation of personality and its self-realization in
society.
Each person has personal problems, caused by ignorance of own
possibilities. He is ready to clear up in others than in itself. Therefore he is
lost in choice of his way of life, not knowing himself.
There is a necessity to learn himself, though the person
feels his own possibilities, but does not sure of knowledge them. The knowledge
of own possibilities can be received through knowledge of a socionic personality
type, that allows to reveal the individuality and to develop the personality.
The knowledge of inherent characteristic qualities of the
pupils through the definition of their socionic personality types will help the
teachers and parents during teaching at school to avoid superfluous problems and
alerts, not only concerning the individual approach at study, at a choice of
profession or entrance to an educational institution, but also at a solution of
relationships, adjustment of mutual understanding.
Senior pupils are anxious not only by a choice of occupation.
They also choose the partners for marriage. But what serve as a criterion in
choosing the partner? Do teenages know, what qualities of nature should have the
person to supplement them? Analyzing this state it is possible to draw a
conclusion, that they have no knowledge, which can make possibilities to do as
little errors in life as possible.
It is possible to solve these problems through definition of
socionic personality type and show itself according to individuality.
- The knowledge of socionic personality types of pupils,
teachers and parents enables:
1. To open individuality and to route to a particular kind of
activity in any profession.
2. To open regularities of relations for harmonic relationships
with others.
3. To choose a friends, partners for business or for
marriage.
The result of this scientific work will have such
consequences:
Each person can:
- learn himself;
- become himself;
- save himself troubles concerning complexes of inferiority
and imaginary fears;
- be self-assured and have an own stand;
- reach success in realization of spiritual and material
needs;
- forecast behavior of the people;
- choose a comfortable surrounding: friends and familiars;
- make harmony family;
- correctly choose occupation according to natural
capacities.
Perspective consequences:
- self-advancing each personality;
- growth of culture of dialogue, respect for the person;
- forfeiting slavish dependence in behavior and expression of
own thoughts;
- getting rid of psychosomatic illnesses;
- solution of a problem of difficult children;
- warning of crimes among the minors;
- fostering to a solution of a problem of the narcotism and
drug;
- granting possibilities to be realised in society;
- creation of effective comfortable groups;
- legible organization of the market of work;
- creation of happy families and their reinforcing;
- considerable abatement of an amount of divorces.
Task
1. Definition of socionic personality types of pupils and
teachers.
2. Disclosure of inherent qualities of nature, temperament
and possibilities.
3. Eliciting the tendency to underestimation or uprating of a
self-rating.
4. Direction teenages to definite kinds of activity in
different spheres of trades.
5. Granting pupils knowledge about socionic personality type
of the complementing person.
6. Definition of interpersonal relationships between the class
principals and each pupil.
Benefit for pupils:
- Knowing strengths of their personality, teenages will have
a possibility to make as little errors in life as possible.
- Pupils will become self-assured, independent, will have an
own stand, can achieve the best results, can correctly choose an occupation and
a partner for marriage, will save the health due to creation of a comfortable
climate in family and in working group.
Benefit for teachers:
- Teachers will know nature of the pupils, it will facilitate
the individual approach.
- They can correct requests to the pupils and route them to
definite subjects.
- The knowledge of interpersonal relationships between the
teacher and pupils and among pupils will assist sanitation of class groups,
which can become more comfortable.
- Adjust links with the parents and acquaintance of the
parents with traits of their children.

The theoretically - practical studies include two lectures
for senior pupils and two ones for the teachers.
At the first lecture experts explaine for the pupils the
essence and the basic concepts of socionics, the practical profit of usage of
this science in life of each person. The disclosure of traits of some children
from an audience and relations between them demonstrates practically the
socionic laws.
At the second lecture a conversation with an audience takes
place: having received the documents and having acquainted with the
characteristics, the pupils exchange impressions and judgements concerning
coincidence of the given information to personal vision themselves and others.
When children read their characteristics, they convince of the truth of the
characteristics in comparing with astrological horoscopes.
Pupils receive the additional information conserning
socionics and answers to their questions.
During theoretically-practical studies with pedagogical staff
the similar knowledge are given: the definition of socionic personality types of
the class principals, uncovering the inherent potential of the personality,
describing the basic traits and the possibilities of the person in definite
kinds of activity. The practical profit of such work for the teachers is in
knowledge of their own possibilities, knowledge of objective relationships, which
arise between them and each of the pupil, and all these allow to make an
individual approach both during lessons as well as in other time.
The teacher have a possibility to receive the short
characteristics of strong qualities of the pupils to differentiate an
educational material taking into accout tendency of the pupils to this or that
subject.
The links with the teachers, pupils and parents are
maintained permanently, the consultings are carried out.
- The scientific work is carried out under the program, which
includes three audiovisual methods of definition of a socionic personality type:
- 1. Visual diagnostic of a face (immediately and on a
photograph).
- 2. Audio diagnostic (method of conversation on any theme).
- 3. Diagnostic of moves.
In addition the test-questionnaire is distributed (designed
by A.Grechynsky). The pupils and teachers give the answers to questions at their
own will. It is not obligatory for definition of a socionic personality type.
Analyzing the answers, the socionic experts draw a conclusion, how successfuly
the person realises his potential, how he use strong and weak features of the
mentality and in what proportion. The results of the test demonstrate also the
level of intellectual development and values of the personality.
The test-questionnaire can reveal how the pupils know
themselves and with what advance in self-knowledge after definition of socionic
personality type and reading the characteristics has taken place.

The administrations and pedagogical staff are given such
documents:
1) Certificate about definition of a socionic personality
type;
2) Characteristic of a socionic personality type;
3) The list of the pupils of the definite form (in the list
the socionic personality type of the pupils, interpersonal relationships between the
pupils and the teacher, self-rating, temperament, directivity to an educational
subjects and trade are indicated).
Pupils are given such documents:
1) The testimony about a socionic personality type, where is
indicated also a personality type of a dual;
2) Characteristic of socionic type;
3) Short characteristic of professional capacity;
4) By the order: the full
characteristic of strong natural traits and professional capacity;
5) Characteristic of strong and weak features of mentality with
recomendations of how to behave.
After such a work the feedback with further consultings was
carried out. At interrogation of the pupils who have received the documents and
have acquainted with the short characteristics of strong qualities of nature,
all have affirmed coincidence with the information in the given characteristics
with feel of their internal world. There was a proposition to tell the remarks
those who disagree with the information, given in the characteristics, and there
were nobody.

The analysis of results of diagnostic demonstrates, that
among the pupils and as well as among the teachers there are more persons of the
IV-th kvadra, among them the majority are sensory-logical introverts and
ethic-intuitive introvert. It is possible to explain it by such factors:
- 1. The people of these socionic personality types have a rich
internal world, they are interested in personal growth and spiritual
progressing, they are excited with problems of psychology, philosophy, therefore
socionics has interested them. The majority of pupils who have just these types
have expressed desire to determine their socionic personality type.
- 2. The new information attracts sensory-logical and
ethic-intuitive introvers, they search knowledge and harmony of relations.
- 3. It is known, that the Ukrainian national nature is
described by the socionic personality type of ethic-intuitive introvert.
- 4. The law of cyclical development of a society affirms that
our time is transient from the third kvadra to the fourth one. At the present
stage the third kvadra sets more stands, but the time of its activity comes
nearer to the end and the urgency of the forth kvadra increases. It is obviously
that in new generation the most people are from the forth kvadra.
Of course it is premature to do generalizings proceeding from
an amount of 191 pupils, it is possible to see only approximate state of rate of
definite socionic personality types in society. To make more objective
conclusions it is necessary to do obligatory diagnostic of all pupils of several
schools.
It is necessary the assistance at a state level for
organization of this operation in large scales. At the given stage the society
exists as a socium, with random, casual organization of people in families and
in large groups. Socion is a legible natural society's organization due to
objective links between the people, who know their socionic personality types
and who are orientated concerning own possibilities and occupy the applicable
place in society. Following to the laws of the nature the people can organize
themselves in socion due to natural regularity. “The progress of society is
directly proportional to degree of it socionity” (A.Àugustinavichute). Such
work with youth is done with the purpose to give the realization to a new
generation the necessity for everybody to know the definite place in society and
the necessity to organize our society to harmonic socion.
