1. What for to me to know the socionic
personality type?
You will better know yourself, your inherent potenialities:
what you will do well, easily and will give satisfaction and what will be given
difficultly, with strain, and thus you will feel also diffidence and alarm -
incompetence. In other words - what you are strong in, and what you are weak in.

2. What may give the person his
characteristic?
The characteristic will give the pleasant sensations at
acquaintance with it. Knowledge of yourself and those sides about which, you may
never guess, the confidence of youself, an opportunity to improve, using own
strengths. You will have a success in any situations due to knowledge of the own
weak sides and skill to not mention them. Your characteristic will give a joy
and support in hard time, help in solving problems, as knowing yourself, you

There are some ways to find a mental supplementing person –
your dual. It is possible to use services of Ukrainian Socionic database
(US-BASE) or to get practical skills of recognition of the duals at training in
Centre of Socionics, and to search duals independently. It is possible to
determine socionic types of your familiars and to know, who surrounds you,
whether there are duals among them, certainly, preliminary having determined

The main cause - absence of the common interests and wrong
purposes. Probably, there were lack of coincidence of needs or the overestimated
requirements of one of the sides. Reflection of the past experience, a passion
for romantic histories of heroes of films or books gives the far-fetched
imagination about love. And the reality then seems to be more prosaic. Think,
whether your discharged images may to coincide with characters of alive people.

Probably, you are satisfied by presence of sympathy and have
got used, that you are given a lot of attention and care, accept it as for due,
and there is no value for you - who is with you. Cunning, deep-seatedness, a
deceit are exposed in duality at once. Only crafty people do not perceive duals.
If you have a habit only to take from people, and a pleasure of dialogue and a
personality of a person has no value for you, you have no needs in duals. You

9. What I have to do if my director find faults with me?
Analyse, what exactly you do not satisfy your director with?
If you try, but are unable to satisfy requirements of the director, probably,
you are not on the place. Then it is better to choose other kind of activity.

relationships between you will help you. Frankly ask the head what exactly you
do wrongly, and do not hesitate to ask him, whether your director has the

At first find the reason of absence of contact to a director.
If it concerns organizational questions, it means that your head is an
introvert. Then you have no other way than to change a place of work. If your
head is an extravert, you have a chance to find out the reason of
misunderstanding to discuss them with a head and to adjust cooperation. It is
better to determine precisely your duties and to fix them by written contract.

11. What to do, if workers ignore tasks and instructions of a
head?
Analyse, that you have to do, and what work it is better to
give anothers, showing thus their independence. Do not shift the responsibility
and own duties on others. Distribute the work in order to determine precisely,
who will be engaged in this or that work directly. To not demand of workers
more, than they are capable to do. Expose what things the workers are capable to
do, and what are not.

12. How to punish the child in order to him to be obedient?
You can’t punish anybody, especially the child. His soul is
so fragile, defenceless, impressionable. The child thirsts understanding, the
help, favour, and you instead of it push away him by punishment. How he will
regard for you then, receiving for his love to you cruelty and humiliation? He
will become isolated, will take offence, and it will alienation between you.
Some children who are easy for taking on a fright, being afraid of punishment,
will be obey, but will protest internally, and grow hypocrites and bootlickers.
The others become obstinate, uncompromising, and you will reach a boomerang
effect by punishment – you will grow not obedient, but the capricious,
rebellious child.
How to behave then, in order to bring up the child cleverly?
To prepare the child for life, it is necessary to know his congenital features
correctly to direct him it according to them. You see the nature is stronger
than any education and if you will act in a unison and in cocert with it, you
will bring up a true, worthy person who will feel easy in life as he will know
what he wants, can assert himself, and the othes will respect him. Acting
according to the internal core - his potential – he will make less mistakes in
life. And if there are any misunderstanding and disagreement between you, it is
necessary to determine the natural relationships between you and to take into
account it, correcting mutual relations. It is necessary to treat the child
kindly, with understanding, soul, love - and he will obey with readiness and
listen to you as will respect you and love.

period of awkward age?
In a transition period of 12-15 years teenagers may feel

14. Is it possible to influence a person, knowing his weak
sides?
It is possible, but it is not authorized to manipulate the
person, because it is immoral and unethical. It destroys his mentality, and
probable you will hardly reach the purpose. You may receive time results, but
the person is an independent essence, he will quickly understand, that he is
manipulated and used in the own purposes and will protest. Consequences of such
influence may be unfavourable.
It is better to use the strong sides of a person. He will be
grateful to you for an opportunity of self-realization. He will open the talents
